Zuleika was a woman in the Bible who was mentioned in the Book of Genesis. She is not named in the Bible but is named in the Quran. Potiphar's wife lusted after Joseph, who had become Potiphar's servant, and tried to get him to sleep with her. When he refused, she lied to Potiphar saying that Joseph tried to rape her, and he was thrown into prison. It is unknown what happened to Potiphar's wife: they may have divorced or she was executed.
Potiphar's Wife also has a role as a minor antagonist in Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice's musical Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Although she does have dialogue, despite being in rhythm, it isn't always really sung (though it can be). In the video version, she is played by Joan Collins in a special guest appearance.
Zuleika also appeared as the main antagonist in the 2000 animated film Joseph: King of Dreams. Her role in the film is essentially the same.
