Zebra is one of the Four Heavenly Kings, a gourmet hunter, and a antagonist in Toriko.

Unlike the rest of the Heavenly Kings, Zebra is like a savage and has an aggressive attitude, which makes the Heavenly Kings have trouble getting along with him. Also, unlike the Heavenly Kings, who dream of having a full coarse meal, Zebra didn't have one at first but then he decided to after Komatsu refused to be his partner.

Appearance

Zebra is the tallest member of the Four Heavenly Kings. He has dark red and a long scar by the left side of his face, showing his teeth. He also wears an orange tanktop, white pants, and large brown boots.

Powers and Abilities

Zebra is capable of making sound waves that he uses whenever he hunts and attacks. Zebra also has super hearing that alerts him of someone's presence.

Biography

Past

When Zebra and the other Four Heavenly Kings were young, they were orphans living together in the streets until they came across two men from the IGO who came to their nation to give food to the poor. The two men were Ichiryu and Mansam, who trained the boys in the way of Bishokuya and injected them with Gourmet Cells, which made them the legendary Gourmet Hunters of today, known as the Four Heavenly Kings. It was explained that he got his scars from a man he fought at the Gourmet Coliseum, known as Match.

It was revealed that Zebra was imprisoned for killing creatures and bringing them to extinction. Ever since he was arrested, he was put under a death sentence where the prison attempted to kill him several times as they tried to torture him and execute him everyday.
