Vexus (formerly Queen Vexus) was the main antagonist of My Life as a Teenage Robot. She is the former master of The Cluster and the arch enemy of XJ-9/Jenny Wakeman. She has clashed with Jenny many times before, nearly succeding each time but ultimately fails. Her Second-In-Command is Smytus.
She was voiced by the late Eartha Kitt who also voiced Yzma. She is currently voiced by Cree Summer.
Vexus was the reigning monarch of Cluster Prime and commander of the Cluster, and is still one of XJ-9's most common foes. She rarely gets the upper hand, however. Her name is likely a pun on "vexen".
Vexus and Nora Wakeman have been opponents for what must have been quite some time, She's started out as Q-T program, the first AI system on Tremorton.
She's been unwillingly been created by Professor B,whose a colleague to Nora Wakeman and also had grew even more jealous of her designs of her global response unit and is frustrated and disgusted by the aspects of the human world and every last humans that laughed and/or rebel against his lifelong research and began consolidate his life with Q-T to build a version of Earth but with a vague resemblance to the planet Saturn and eventually the now-paranoid professor have renamed Q-T to Vexus and named this planet Cluster Prime. Years and years of growing population on the planet teaming with robots and sanction over the planet. Although the Professor had created everything in his image, but Vexus was secretly likely the inspiration for XJ-9's creation. XJ-9 typically can outwit and outperform Vexus, but regardless, Vexus' has the resources of an entire planet to call upon, so occasionally she does gain the upper-hand but typically through trickery and sabotage.
She possesses the ability to transform, but typically for means of disguise, compared to the multitude of battle forms that Jenny typically uses. Her known forms are as the photographer, a robotic nurse, another robot girl named "QT2", a girl named "Violet", and as "Vicky".
In the film Escape from Cluster Prime, it was revealed that Vexus had a daughter named Vega.
