All Tv tropes Complete Monser

I went on All TV Tropes and I went on the Complete Monster Page on Western Animation and there are some villains on there that they count as complete Monsters and some of them I agree on, but some are not on the TV Tropes complete monster page So I Thinking we should put some of the in the Complete Monster Category
