so I now bring probably my most controversial PE related post yet and I don't hold much hope of it succeeding, however I may as well get it over with regardless so we can finally end the controversy, make no mistake the character in question is truly horrible but there are some things that have put in question the "pure" part of "pure evil":

well, I may have finally lost my mind, some would think, as I propose a character I held back on for a while.. the godfather of Gargamel from Smurfs.. yes, Smurfs.. this is going to focus on cartoon (if comics are different so be it but I am following the canon of the original cartoon, where this character is most prominent).
So let's discussion possibly one of the most evil characters in Smurfs, who is a completely different beat from Gargamel in that he almost always nearly succeeds, is never comedic and is deeply loathed by pretty much everyone (and for good reason):
