The Marquis of Death, for all you non-Marvel people there, is a deranged lunatic with an unhinged, emaciated appearance, who was the power to control and manipulate reality. But it's not just his look that makes him horrifying to look at. He is also a complete sadist, enjoying whatever destruction and chaos throughout the Multiverse he can make. He takes dark pleasure in destroying worlds, and torturing whatever citizens there are, as well as cause havoc in whatever shape and form. Like Diablo, he is the most evil Fantastic Four villain, and therefore should count as Pure Evil. Admittedly, TVTropes say he is that bad, but still, I think he should count regardless.
Crimes?
He destroyed countless realities, tortured many superheroes brutally, and killed millions, all with a deranged smile on his face. He also taunted and disturbed Invisible Woman, and was purely dangerous enough to have many heroes deal with this psycho.
Remorse?
None. He just keeps looking happy, and not in a good way.
Aware?
He is indeed aware of what he has done, and is aware enough to count as a monster. He knows right and wrong, just is too delusional and illogical that he sees wrong as a means to an end.
Fate?
Killed by Dr. Doom, and was begging for his life like the coward he really is, but he will not listen to him.
The Marquis of Death, a psychotic sadist with no regard to any life whatsoever, is one of the most disturbing and twisted villains that the FF ever has the misfortune of dealing with.
