When Lothor returns in Power Rangers: Dino Thunder, he kidnapped Sensei Watanabe and disguised as him, brainwashes Tori and her teammates with morphers he has tampered with by inserting corrupted Power Discs. From there on in, she was nothing but Lothor's slave.
They battle the Dino Thunder Rangers group while being brainwashed, the first instance resulting in them defeating the unprepared newcomers. A new showdown is planned, with the Ranger groups fighting unmorphed using their civilian powers until they all decided to change. But before this can happen, Cam, Blake, and Hunter interfered and pretended to be their allies against the Dino Rangers. However, this turned out to be a ploy, tricking the brainwashed Wind Rangers to used purified Power Discs. When they used the discs, the purified Discs' powers ultimately restore them to normal.
The Ninja and Dino Rangers then team up to do battle with Lothor and Mesogog's combined forces, with her teaming up with Yellow Dino Ranger Kira Ford. Afterwards, the Wind Rangers lose their powers, leaving things to the next generation.
- Her restoration, alongside her comrades became one of the reasons why Mesogog, whom distrusted Lothor in the first place, turned against him and sealed him as trophy.
- While brainwashed and evil, Tori pushes back against the Dino Thunder Rangers pleas that what she was doing is not what a hero does by responding "It's About The Power." This is very similar to what the First Evil from Buffy The Vampire Slayer said while using Buffy's form. Since the two episodes were broadcast within two or three years of each other, a deliberate homage seems likely.
- Besides teaming up with Kira Ford here, Tori would later serve alongside her as a replacement for the briefly depowered Operation Overdrive Power Rangers, where they would face the Overdrive villains, united by Thrax.
