The Skull is the tertiary antagonist in the 1983 film Scarface and a minor antagonist of the game.

The Skull is Alejandro Sosa's proessional henchman and chief assassin. His real name is never given and he has no on-screen dialogue. He is apparently nicknamed by his gaunt face and he always wears large, circular, dark sunglasses, giving his face the appearance of a skull which is his assassin trademark. He executed Omar Suárez by throwing him off Sosa's chopper (thus hanging him) and also killed Nick the Pig by blowing his head off with a 12 gauge double-barreled shotgun, before killing Tony from behind.

He was portrayed by Geno Silva.

Scarface: The World is Yours

The Skull makes a brief appearance in the quasi sequel game Scarface: The World Is Yours, where like in the film, he tries to sneak behind Tony and kill him, if the player stays still, the Skull will kill Tony which resembles the ending of the movie. However, the player must kill him in order to proceed into the game's storyline.
