Talk: Prince Phobos

Why doesn't Phobos count as CM? THERE'S NOTHING EVEN A LITTLE BIT LIKABLE ABOUT HIM!!!! He's almost as evil and twisted as Scar from the Lion King! And in the book series he's MUCH WORSE!!!
