Pure Evil?[]
I believe that Dr. Wheelo qualifies as pure evil. He was already a monster before becoming a brain in a machine, and he attempted to destroy the planet just to defeat his enemies. I've already gotten rid of the categories that state otherwise. Mugiwara1994 (talk) 14:36, June 14, 2020 (UTC)
Not even close. His goal was to rule the world and people in the series regularly try to take over the universe through mass genocide of the population or outright destroy the universe (some even the multiverse). No we don’t, PE has to be among the worst of the series as well as beyond generic villainy, there’s a difference between being just irredeemable and PE. Why do you think people always put a Heinous Standard in proposals? We’ve always enforced that when deciding if people would count or not. Jester of chaos (talk) 15:03, June 14, 2020 (UTC)
