Is Cruella De Vil (Once Upon a Time) a Complete Monster?[]
From what I read, she is considered one of the most evil villains in the Once Upon a Time franchise and that her happy ending was to be able to kill again. So I wanted to know if she could not be classified as a complete monster like Jafar and Peter Pan?
