Stevie is a bad-tempered, loud-mouthed troublemaker and a minor antagonist in the 1989 Do the Right Thing.

He was portrayed by Luis Antonio Ramos.

He had a nack for causing trouble. Though his time in the movie is brief, his main villainary was when he ran into Radio Raheem (with his gang). Raheem blasts the music up really loud, which causes his gang to see it as a threat, so to cause more ruckus, he turns his salsa music up louder. He can be very nasty. His insult in the movie is also done in a rather villainous and menacing matter: "You little slanty eyed, me-no-speaky-American, own-every-fruit-and-vegetable-stand-in-New-York, bulls--t, Reverend Sun Myung Moon, Summer Olympics '88, Korean kickboxing son-of-a-bitch."

His villainry shows also in the end of the movie, when Salvatore and his gang are confronted by the angry neighborhood residents who want to hurt him. He is among many who loot and destroy Sal's store in the end. Hence he's a thug.
