Stealin' Stan
Stealin' Stan is a prison convict from the Vault, appearing in the Be Cool, Scooby-Doo! episode, If You Can't Scooby-Doo the Time, Don't Scooby-Doo the Crime. He is voiced by John DiMaggio.

Stan is a skinny, balding man who seems to always seems to wear an orange prison jumpsuit, even at a water park. Stan was arrested and brought to the Vault for an alleged crime that he claims to be innocent for, saying that he was at a water park during the time. He sent numerous letters asking for a retrial, but he was told they never got through, when in reality the Vault's warden, Wayne Bowman, never sent them in the first place. There were rumors that he had escaped the prison, but died in the process.

As the Ghost of Stealin' Stan

Stan posed as his own ghost, hiding within the prison walls and scaring the other inmates, leading to the prison being threatened. He used water to inflate his suit and make him appear larger, and grew algae behind his cell, which is what he used to make himself glow. As his ghost, Stan attempted to break into the warden's safe, which contained a photo of him at a water park at the date and time of the crime he was accused of, thereby proving his innocence. He was eventually defeated after Mystery Inc. came to the Vault and figured things out, but in the end they told off the warden for keeping the evidence hidden, thereby leading to Wayne being a prisoner in his own jail.
