Snowflake and Slush were villains who appeared in the T.U.F.F. Puppy episode Chilly Dog.
Snowflake speaks a Texan accent and was in charge of eliminating the other skaters in order to win the trophy. Her brother, Slush, is a dimwit who speaks with a hillbilly accent.
The two seemed like nice characters at first, but it was later revealed they were getting rid of the other contestants of a skating contest. Snowflake was obsessed with winning the trophy because she could never do so due to her brother's stupidity. They were ultimately stopped and arrested by Kitty and Dudley.
Snowflake was voiced by Mary Birdsong and Slush was voiced by Dave Boat.
