"Nose?!" That don't rhyme with "walls!"
~ Smarty' last words before his death.

Smarty (named only in the credits) is one of the secondary antagonists of Who Framed Roger Rabbit. He is one of Judge Doom's former henchmen and sergeant and the former leader of the Toon Patrol.

Smarty has brown fur and wears a light pink double breasted suit coat with a gold chain in the left pocket, a white dress shirt with a reddish pink, bejeweled tie, a light pink zoot hat and a darker pink rimband and spats on his feet.

His weapon of choice is a revolver, though in the bar scene he is shown threatening Eddie Valiant with a switchblade. He commits a malapropism almost every time he speaks, such as when he says that a tip on Roger's whereabouts has been "corrugated" (corroborated) by several sources.

Though he goes along with his boss' plan to destroy Toontown, he does seem to care for his followers, as he warns them what could happen if they don't keep control over their laughter. Smarty proves to be the most disciplined of the weasels as he has more control over his laughter and tries his best to get his cohorts to follow suite.

He is the third weasel to die, but unlike the other weasels, prolonged laughter actually wasn't the cause for his demise: Eddie kicked him in the groin, sending him flying into the vat of Dip. His boss would himself meet this fate shortly afterwards after he was sprayed by the dip cannon.

His henchmen were Stupid, Wheezy, Greasy, and Psycho.
