Skippy is the secondary antagonist of Perpetual Energy. He's multiheaded mutant hamster. Mom and Dad found him in a tree and used it as a lab rat for their chemistry set. Because of that, he grew an extra head. Mom and Dad sold him to Admiral Hiney. During the events of perpetual energy an unknown chemical was poured onto his 2 heads by Cow. This caused him to Grow an extra head and expand to a monstorous form. Super Cow later shrunk him back before too much damage was done.
Powers and Abilities
Skippy can grow to the size of a large rocket. As he towers above the city, he can breath fire, eat brick buildings, crush things with a punch and scream sonic blasts. He tried to eat Red Guy but super used another chemical to shrink it. It is smart since he ha 3 heads.
