|~ The Shaman|
The Shaman is the main antagonist from the Aladdin TV series episode, "Beast or Famine". He is a power-hungry wizard and the former ruler of rat-like creatures.
Despite being the leader of the rat people, the Shaman is very evil, arrogant, manipulative, and treacherous, so he doesn't care about them, abusing them and threatening them frequently. He only cares about himself and gaining power, even at the expense of other people's lives.
The Shaman is the leader of the rat people, who orders them to capture Genie so that he can have his powers. When he sees Aladdin, Abu, and Merc approach his cave with his ship, he orders the rat people to stop them, but it is too late, the ship crashes through the wall. He then begins to fight the three. After Genie tells the rat people that the Shaman is not their true leader, they fight the Shaman, take his staff, and destroy it. The shadow creature (which the Shaman created to devour Aladdin and Abu) devours him instead and it disappears. The Shaman now loses Genie's powers.
He is a tall, slender tan-skinned man with long blonde hair and teal eyes. He wears a long, very regal-looking cerulean robe with a maroon sash tied around his waist. He also appears to wear gold earrings. He also wears a maroon cape.
- He is very similar to Jafar from Disney's 1992 animated film, Aladdin.
- Both are sorcerers and want to rule the world.
