Though she shows little respect towards General Dark Onward, she is loyal to him throughout the film and kidnaps Mandi when she leaves Zandor's house. Mandi leads McButter on a wild goose chase to find Zandor, annoying McButter who frequently begs Onward to let her shoot Mandi. Eventually, McButter drags Mandi to the fake Eiffel Tower in Las Vegas and ties her up.
McButter offers Mandi the chance to have Eee Tee 2 a success in exchange for copies of the original Eee Tee that were still in the hands of the public. Mandi refuses and challenges McButter to fight in hand-to-hand combat. McButter unties Mandi and faces her in an fair fight. Despite McButter's military skills, Mandi is able to defeat McButter, sending her falling to her death.
McButter's death is similar to Walker's from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3 since their bodies imploded when they fell into water. This was because the effect of Walker's death was so laughably bad that James Rolfe had to use it.
