Selina Swint was an antagonist of The Mask series. She was a notable smuggler known to smuggle counterfeit money across country borders.
Selina met Stanley one day and switched bags with him to get pass security. Stanley uses the money he found in Selina's bag to purchases goods but the police were on to him.
Finding the bag empty by the time Selina reclaimed it, she decided to blackmail Stanley into giving the money to her.
She kidnapped Stanley's dog Milo and hold him for ransom.
The Mask eventually freed Milo who attacked Selina. She later gave herself up to police custody.
