The Seaman Yartots were the pirate-themed footsoldiers of the Space Pirates Balban and recurring antagonist in Seijuu Sentai Gingaman.
They were all voiced by Katsumi Shiono who also voiced the Combatant Wumpers, Moray Nezire, the Familiars Imps and the Orgettes.
Biography[]
Past[]
The Yartots joined the Balban three thousand years ago when they were formed by Captain Zahab to destroy planets for Daitanix to eat and turn into Planet Life Jewels. They were successful in helping the Balban in thier mission but was sealed away with the rest of the Balban when the original Gingamen defeated Zahab on Earth and placed a seal over them.
Gingaman[]
In 1990, the seal over the Balban expires and they return to being active threats. The Yartots accompany with the other Balban generals and Zahab in thier mission to conquer Earth but they are defeated by the new generation of Gingamen.
The Yartots are later resurrected along with many other Majin by Captain Gregory as part of his plan to resurrect the Balban but they are killed as well.
Timeranger[]
Two years later, the Timerangers embark on a journey to understand the previous Sentai teams by using the TimeJets to revisit thier battles. They arrive in the time of Gingaman to see Geltgelt and his Yartots being confronted by the Galactic Flash.
Gaoranger vs Super Sentai[]
Daimon of GoGoV recalls Hayate and Hikaru defeating some Yartots to Kai Sorezu of the Gaorangers during a speech about the past fights that other Sentai have had after Lost Highness Duke Rakushaasa makes him lose hope.
