Sarah Nade is a punk rock teenager with rainbow-colored hair who loves concerts and singing (her name is a pun on the word "serenade"). She also appears in the computer game Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? Deluxe Edition. She joined Carmen's gang in Season 3.
Sarah Nade came from the computer game Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?: Deluxe Edition and was also added to Carmen Sandiego's gang during Season 3 of the Where in the World Is Carmen Sandiego? game show. Sarah Nade is a children's piano teacher by day and punk rocker by night (this was mentioned in the computer game but only the punk rocker aspect appeared on the show). According to the computer game file, she has a small scar on her left ear shaped like New Jersey, blonde hair and gray eyes. Sarah Nade's hair in the TV series has a rainbow of colors. Her name is a play on serenade.
- It would appear the moral guardians took offense to this character, seeing as she is one of if not the least-used villains on the show, even relative to when she was introduced. It didn't help that in the episode "You Ain't Nothing But a House Thief" she mentioned wanting a studded leather bikini during the "phone tap" segment after Carmen told her to go to Bikini Atoll.
- It's actualy debateable as to whether the Sarah Nade on the TV show and the one in the computer game are really supposed to be one and the same. The character in the computer game is known as Mrs. Sarah Nade, is a children's piano teacher who moonlights as a punk rocker (and international thief) , and simply has blond hair. On the show, Sarah is a teenage (thus unlikely to be a "Mrs.") punk rocker with a rainbow mohawk.
- When Sarah is put in jail, the "smiley face" on her shirt frowns along with her.
