Ruutuu is a minor villain in the 2011 videogame remake Mortal Kombat (also known as Mortal Kombat 9). Unlike most of the villains in the game, Ruutuu doesn't appear in the Story Mode, nor appears as a Playable Character, but appears as a one-shot will in the Challenge Tower, in Mission #93; Clarity.
This entity is a demon that greatly resembles a muscular male being completely covered in a black aura. The only thing that clearly visible is his glowing blue eyes.
