Senator Robert Kelly is along with Magneto the secondary antagonist from TV Series Wolverine and the X-Men.
Robert Kelly hates mutants because they are different from the human population, also that he sees them as a threat to mankind, in fact he collaborates with Mutant Response Division to eliminate the entire mutant race.
Senator Kelly defames them especially when they get the Brotherhood of Mutants trying to kill him, while the X-Men try to help.
On TV, he sends a message to all mutants, telling them that their days are numbered.
At the end of the series, he ends up in Genosha's prison, where he will face justice of mutants that inhabit.
He is voiced by Richard Doyle, who also voiced Big Boss.
