Richie Preston is a minor antagonist of the TV series Kamen Rider: Dragon Knight. He was a spoiled rich man who became Kamen Rider Incisor after Walter Connors promised to pay him for every Rider he defeated.
He was portrayed by Tony Moras.
Biography[]
Living all of his life as a spoiled rich kid due to his family's wealth, Richie Preston was one day struck with the news that his father disinherited him from the family fortune. The lawyer who gave him the news, Walter Connor, later agreed to pay him a million dollars for each Kamen Rider he defeated, to which Richie agreed, becoming Kamen Rider Incisor to recover his wealth.
Incisor soon finds Kamen Rider Dragon Knight and fights him, ignoring his attempts to defuse the situation. During his second encounter with Dragon Knight, Richie is forced to retreat after another Rider known as Wing Knight arrives, believing is not fair to fight two against one. After his motorcycle is repossessed, Richie follows Dragon Knight and prepares to fight him again, but Wing Knight challenges him to a one-on-one instead, with an overconfident Richie agreeing.
When both of their Final Vents collide during the fight, Incisor loses as Wing Knight's attack proves to be stronger. To his surprise, Richie begins to disintegrate and starts to panic, claiming that he can still continue the fight, but his pleads go unheard as he disappears from the battlefield, becoming the first Earth Rider vented during the conflict.

- Richie is one of the few Earth Riders that didn't found out what venting was until it was too late.
