Ralph was played by Iain Glen, who is known for portraying Dr. Alexander Isaacs in the Resident Evil film series.
Though imprisoned in the movie, he clearly has all the power over the D'Amico crime family and likely only sees being in prison as a minor inconvenience rather than an actual punishment. It's likely he could be broken out at any point when he deems the time has come. In the event of the death of his brother Frank D'Amico, he likely insisted to his sister-in-law Angie to keep Chris out of it and lay low pretending to have no knowledge of D'Amico's criminal enterprise. This resulted in Chris accidentally killing her in his anger though over her continuing to shelter him and it gave him the freedom to decide what he wanted to do, something Uncle Ralph did not foresee.
Ralph didn't like hearing his nephew is taking over the city as a "super-villain" with his own army. He requested Chris and Javier to visit him at prison to talk. But, he just wanted out his way and signal his thug kill Javier while letting Chris listening to his friend die on Ralph's cellphone. He tells Chris he'll handle the family business and he should go to college, believing he scared his nephew straight and is no longer a issue. But, Chris lied to his uncle and igniting him to finally forming and unleashing Toxic-Mega Cunts to the world.
- He is the only member of Chris's family to kill a friend to D'Amico to threaten his nephew out the family business.
- Ralph is possibly the most evil character in the series as he is more ruthless and cold-blooded than even D'Amico himself.
