One the chance that you read this and you are back on (cause I'm not sure if you're retired or not) how is Edwin Epps a muderer? I know he's attempted it but I can't recall him actually killing someone? Is it cause he is techically responsible for the death of one of his slaves due to putting him in a hard working environment or something like that?
I was curious if we could do a article cleanup so that articles say this character is the main villain or secondary villain in the franchise instead of is the antagonist. That's what I did when I made my Sir Oliver article. It would really help so users don't confuse it for an antagonist wiki.
First off thanks for your comment on Love Robin's page that makes a lot of sense. But that also leaves me with a bit of controversy regarding a character still on this wiki. And that is Nick Conor from Static Shock from the episode Jimmy. Having seen the episode multiple times I don't see Nick Conor as a villainous character just a standard bully. Yes they do establish that he is a juvenile delinquent but but most of what he does is just typical "I'm a jerk" stuff. The most villainous thing he does is destroy Jimmy's laptop but even then all he is just a nasty character but not sure if he counts as evil. Please let me know what your thoughts on this please and thank you.
considering the setting.. no.. he's no worse than Flash from Spider-Man.. bullies in comic book settings rarely count because while nasty characters they exist in a world full of actual super-villains and even the worst bullies are nothing in comparison to a super-villain.. bullies make life difficult for others, super-villains are customed terrorists that devastate entire communities just by existing.
bullies only count if they go to extremes and criminal behavior beyond the usual threats of beating people up or vandalism (especially since half the time bullies like Flash end up getting some form of retribution.. I remember that being a theme in Disney's Hercules with Adonis, who was always getting himself in trouble because he was a bully and Hercules had to save him.. thus bullies tend to be jerks rather than actual villains)
exceptions exist, like Peter Stegman etc.. but they are way beyond the norm.
Hey Queen Misery. I'm Julia from Fandom's Community team. By now you may have seen our announcement about Wiki Modernization and how we're using featured wiki videos to reduce the number of ads on the site and improve the performance of all Fandom wikis.
For the future we plan to have wiki videos in many communities and probably also on Villains wiki. If you are interested in which video types we might use you can find some great examples in this blog post.
When we start producing videos we maybe will also reach out to you, other admins, and users to be involved in writing video scripts or being part of the production process.
Let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Thanks!
