Makamou Ninja Group are Kabuki's loyal monster minions who serve Douji and Hime of Orochi. They are all destroyed by the seven Oni: Hibiki, Ibuki, Todoroki, Touki, Kirameki, Nishiki and Habataki.
- Benigitsune known as Crimson Fox: Fox-like Makamou in ninja attire with a red fox face mask.
- Byakko known as White Tiger: Tiger-like Makamou in ninja attire with a white tiger face mask.
Makamou Ninja Group Yummy
The Makamou Ninja Group Yummy are Cell Medal recreations of the Makamou Ninja Group appear as part of a Combatman Yummy army, the product of Shocker Combatman In Sendo's desire for like-minded allies to defeat the Kamen Riders, based on the grunts from past villainous groups who fought against Kamen Riders, whom Sendo refers to as the "past generation combatmen". They fight Kamen Rider OOO but are eventually all destroyed by Kamen Rider OOO Tajadol Combo's Magna Blaze Giga Scan.

A Makamou Ninja was seen again in Super Hero Taisen. One Makamou ninja attacked Hibiki and then gets attacked by Magired.
