Madame Boss is a character from the Pokémon-series. She was the mother of Giovanni, who is now boss of the evil Team Rocket. She was the one who gave her son the option to look after the DNA from the legendary Pokémon Mew. With this DNA, scientists were possible to create a clone of Mew called Mewtwo.
