Joshua Meyers is the sole antagonist from the South Park episode "Toilet Paper". He is an inmate at the Alamosa Maximum Security Juvenile Hall. He helps Barbrady track down the people who Toilet-Papered The Art-Teacher's House. He appears to be a parody of Hannibal Lecter character know from the crime novels by Thomas Harris, with similar hairstyles, mannerisms and voice, he has to be kept under maximum security. Joshua easily psychologically manipulated Officer Barbrady to get what he wants from him in the same way Clarice Starling in Silence of the Lambs. When let out of his cell he has to be strapped to a hand-cart with a special mask to stop him toilet papering. Joshua Myers escapes from Juvenile Hall and Barbrady tells him he only had two weeks left. Joshua heads to the White House to toilet paper it. His fate remains unknown afterwards.
This was Joshua Myers' only appearance in the series.
