Jakkon is an alien conqueror and a character from DC comics, a successful militaristic leader at heart he was also a ruthless pirate who invaded most of the Andromeda Galaxy, capturing worlds for his people while also seeking uranium ore to power weaponry by which to expand his empire even further.
By chance he would be mind-linked to an Earth man at some point, the human would profit from this unique psychic link as he made stories about Jakkon and turned him into a popular star of many fictional works (actually made via glimpsing into Jakkon's very real conquests).
Unfortunately Jakkon soon began to become aware of Earth due to this psychic intrusion, learning it had uranium ore he made plans to invade it - this prompted the human to break the link quickly and swear never to use it again, fearful Jakkon would be able to use it to find his way to Earth.
