Holtzman is one of the three secondary antagonists (alongside Natalia Nova and Mitko Vasilev) of the 2017 video game Need For Speed: Payback.
He the leader of the Hazard Company street racing league, who also works at the House with Lina Navarro.
Biography[]
He drives an off-road spec of vehicle and his entire crew is composed of them as well.
He is part of The House, and has the ability to call the police on anyone he chooses is a threat to his crew or his status as a street league.
When Mac meets up with him, he challenges him to a bunch of races around the canyons of Fortune Valley in all of the off-road events.
After numerous victories that Mac has completed against Holtzman's crew, Holtzman challenges him to a face-off in the industrial area of Silver Rock.
Mac wins and he calls the police on Mac, in which he escapes.
After Mac wins again in a rematch against Holtzman.
Holtzman gets summond by Lina Navarro along with Natalia Nova, and Mitko Vasilev during the Outlaw's Rush to take out Tyler during the race, but Tyler wins, and he gets taken out along with the other 2 leaders.
It is unknown what happened to him after his defeat along with Natalia Nova and Mitko Vasilev.
He likes to bully to Tyler,Mac,Jess and those heroic crews.
