Goodman is the true final boss of Neo-Geo Battle Coliseum. He is the president of WAREZ, and seeks to conquer the Neo-Geo world. For this, he have allied himself with King Leo and Neo Dio, also creating an artificial clone of Orochi. Knowing the power of the fighters from Neo-Geo world, he organizes a tournament to dispose of them all.
Goodman fights with a flaming whip and controls a bizarre monkey spirit which stays behind him. He was created to represent the time when SNK's properties were under the control of Eolith, whith his design being based on Igniz. The entire plot also seems to be a reference to romhacking and piracy in general.
