~ Skyes to Sharice

Georgia Skyes is one of the many antagonists of the 2006 action film Smokin' Aces along with The Tremor Brothers, and Pasquale Acosta

Georgia Skyes is a notorious contract killer operating within the criminal underworld. Raised in a tough urban environment, she honed her skills from a young age, mastering the art of deception and violence. Little is known about her past, as she keeps her origins shrouded in secrecy, adding to her enigmatic persona.

She was portrayed by Alicia Keys.

Biography[]

As a contract killer, Georgia is sought after for her precision, efficiency, and lack of remorse. Alongside her partner Sharice Watters, she forms a deadly duo, feared by both allies and adversaries alike. With a reputation for getting the job done, Georgia navigates the murky waters of the criminal world with ease, driven by a combination of financial gain and personal satisfaction.

Georgia Skyes and her partner Sharice Watters are a part of the Rogues Gallery of villains who are sent to kill and collect the heart of Buddy "Aces" Israel. She goes undercover as a prostitute while Sharice waits across the road at another hotel in order to shoot Israel and anyone who gets in their way. Georgia never makes it to Israel and is instead shot after discovering the bodies of one of the other villains and a federal agent in the elevator.

Georgia Skyes, along with her partner Sharice, is hired to capture Buddy "Aces" Israel, who is hiding out in a Lake Tahoe hotel. Georgia adopts a cunning disguise, posing as a prostitute to infiltrate the penthouse where Israel is located. Meanwhile, Sharice sets up in a nearby casino with a sniper rifle, keeping a watchful eye on Georgia's movements.

Inside the penthouse, Georgia encounters the Tremor brothers, displaying her fearless nature by confronting them directly. As Sharice observes through her scope, she becomes captivated by Georgia's actions, zooming in on her with increasing fascination.

The situation takes a dramatic turn when Georgia hears gunfire emanating from a nearby elevator. Investigating, she discovers FBI agents Carruthers and Acosta critically wounded. Uncovering badges on the scene, Georgia realizes Acosta's deception as an FBI impersonator.

Skyes finds herself cornered by FBI agent Messner and his team. Unaware that Messner has overheard her conversation with Sharice, Georgia remains focused on defending herself and her wounded associates.

With guns drawn and tensions running high, Messner's men surround Georgia, ready to apprehend her. Meanwhile, Messner, armed with crucial information from overhearing the conversation, approaches the situation with caution.

As the standoff unfolds, Georgia's survival instincts kick in as she navigates the dangerous situation. Despite the odds stacked against her, she remains determined to evade capture and escape the penthouse.

A tense standoff ensues as FBI agent Messner and his team close in on the elevator, suspecting foul play. Georgia, hidden within the elevator with the injured agents, communicates with Sharice for assistance. Using a laser pointer to signal Sharice, Georgia initiates a coordinated attack, leading to a chaotic exchange of gunfire.

In the midst of the chaos, Acosta, still alive, shoots Georgia in the stomach, causing her to accidentally fire upon innocent bystanders. Despite the injury, Georgia manages to evade arrest by the FBI, leveraging her survival skills and resourcefulness to escape.

As Georgia ascends to the penthouse floor, she encounters Darwin Tremor threatening Israel's associate, Ivy. Stepping in to protect Ivy, Georgia forms an unexpected bond with him amidst the chaos, leading to a flirtatious exchange.

When Messner confronts Georgia and Ivy in a stairwell standoff, Georgia asserts her innocence in Carruthers' death, convincing Messner to stand down. With tensions diffused, Georgia and Ivy make their escape, leaving behind the chaos of the penthouse.

Outside the casino, as Georgia and Ivy exit amidst the evacuation, Sharice, observing through her sniper scope, realizes the situation is dire. Tracked down by the FBI, Sharice meets her fate in a fatal confrontation, highlighting the tragic consequences of their criminal pursuits.

Throughout the film, Georgia's actions paint her as a cunning and ruthless antagonist, driven by her own desires and willing to navigate dangerous waters to achieve her goals.
