General Fujii from Usagi Yojimbo is the leader of bandits. He leads a deadly group of assassins and hates Usagi. He confronted him many times.
He enslaved a village and forced the villagers to work for him until the tax collector came. He planned to kill the villagers when that happened and move on to another town.
He led his gang to attack a village and almost killed the headsman.
Fujii also has no concern for the lives of his henchmen and frequently abandons them to die or be arrested.
