Garth was henchman who worked for Emile Dorian in Batman: The Animated Series.
History
Garth was a human but as a result of Emile Dorian's splicing he became an apeman. He also trains Tygrus. Dorian sent Garth to kidnap Selina Kyle by tranqulizing her and taking her to Dorian's island. He and Dorian were about to inject the final part of the serum that would make Selina into a cat creature, however they were stopped by Batman and Garth was arrested.
