Francesca Guerrera is a major antagonist in the last chapter of The Originals, and she is a werewolf and queenpin of the largest drug trafficking empire in New Orleans and has a crime boss Of the Guerrera Family.
She is introduced as an attention-seeking, witty, clever and sassy woman who is pragmatic but she is also ruthless, manipulative and rather cunning in order to get what she wants and will not hesitate to do dirty dealings.
She is revealed to be a werewolf and actually made a deal with the witch, Genevieve, to make moonlight rings for her and her crime family and as a result, she then ruled New Orleans.
However, that didn't last as the show's protagonists, Klaus, Elijah, Hayley and Marcel killed her family and eventually killed her, destroying her empire and line of power.
