He is depicted as a disgusting and semi-delusional doctor who Farts all the time even infront of his patients, he sometimes psychotically denied to even control his own farts and being doctor to having farting problem. So he continue working at hospital stinking place to death and created yet unintended fart attack an study room in a college, And later he farted a butterfly to death yet it also unintended.
He appears in "Blood Red Carpet" While he is in the Hospital he tries to entertain his patients but ends up farting causing him to die and his collage teacher dismisses him because of his farting.
