The Flasher
The Flasher (also called "The Pervert") is a degenerate, perverted criminal and arguably the main antagonist of the 2009 dark comedy film Observe and Report.
He was portrayed by Randy Gambill.
Biography[]
Very little is known about him, only that he enjoys exposing himself to women at the local Forest Ridge Mall. He is only seen three times in the movie.
First in the beginning flashing women, the second showing himself masturbating to Brandi who works at the Forest Ridge Mall.
The third and final time he is seen being chased by Ronnie where he is shot, captured and sent to the police station by Ronnie.
