Snake
The Snake is a minor villain in the adventure videogame King's Quest V: Absence Makes the Heart Go Yonder. It is a rattlesnake that is very venomous and guards a path to the snowy mountains.
The Snake is seen in the forest guarding a path that leads to the snowy mountains. If the player uses the hand icon on the Snake, the Snake will tell the player to stay away.
If Graham goes near the Snake, the Snake will start rattling. If Graham touches the Snake, the Snake will kill him by giving a quick bite.
Graham gets past the Snake by playing the tambourine, which scares the Snake and slithers away.
In the NES version of the game, the Snake is a cobra rather than a rattlesnake.
