Reuben is a supporting antagonist in the Chowder series.
He was voiced by the late Paul Reubens, who also voices Ivor in Minecraft: Story Mode.
Biography[]
Grubble Gum - Reuben makes his first cameo appearance.
Certifrycation Class - Reuben is the teacher of that class and constantly gives Mung Daal a thumbs down while slowly dressing him as a recipe pirate for every task he does wrong. During one of these lessons, he instructs the class to make a sandwich and follow the recipe exactly. However, he leaves out his allergy to mayo until he takes a bite of Mung Daal's sandwich and fails him anyway. When he breaks Mung Daal's mind to the point where he doesn't know how to cut a piece of cake, he kicks out Mung Daal and Chowder by making them walk a plank into a dumpster. When Mung Daal and Chowder steal Endive's certificate, instead of giving her another one, Reuben has both her and Panini do the class all over again, most likely to get free food out of them.
The Rat Sandwich - After his rat stole free food for him at the farmers' market, the angry rhino that owns the place caught him in the act and banned him. Upon spotting Mung Daal and Chowder however, he got a new idea to obtain free food. Reuben made his rat play dead in a sandwich he ordered to force Mung Daal's company into giving him free food or else he'd shut down the business by claiming they had a rat problem. Even as his partner, the rat, tries to sneak in a bite of the food, Reuben eats it before he has the chance despite them working together to get both of them free food. In the end, the rat is caught, only for Reuben to berate him and then use a whistle so a swarm of rats come in. Claiming Mung Daal and the others will never be allowed to cook again with an infestation like this, he now intends to make them feed him forever. Just as it looks like Reuben has won however, Chowder convinces all the rats to turn on Reuben for always eating all the food and letting everyone else around him starve. As Reuben is forced out of the building, he says the rats are no longer his friends.
The Party Cruise - Reuben stole a ship and turned it into a vacation cruise before ruining Mung Daal's fishing trip. Just when Mung Daal found out it wasn't Reuben's ship, the real owners found them. Reuben makes a run for it on a paddle boat to escape punishment and leave everyone else on the ship to get arrested for his actions, but he then gets eaten by a giant fish. His last words were, "Well. I don't like this one bit".
A Little Bit of Pizzazz - Reuben makes his second cameo appearance and it's also his final appearance in the series.
