Pinky is the secondary antagonist of Don Bluth's 1991 film Rock-A-Doodle. He is the manager of Chanticleer in the city until he was revealed to be the Grand Duke of Owls' right hand man and most loyal servant. Pinky also has henchmen called Max and Murray. Max is a frog and Murray is a monkey.
He was voiced by the late Sorrell Booke, who also portrayed Boss Hogg in The Dukes of Hazzard.
Personality[]
Pinky is a fox who likes playing golf. He initially seemed to be good, relaxed, calm, positive, nice, and calm, though he was unsympathetic to Chanticleer’s loneliness. However, he was later revealed to be evil, as he secretly works for the Grand Duke of Owls. His job is making sure that Chanticleer never feels like returning home by convincing him that his friends actually dislike him. He also lied to Goldie that Edmund was a bad kitty. When Chanticleer finds out that Pinky kidnapped his friends, Pinky threatens the rooster to do his commercial or he would never see his friends again (implying he would kill Chanticleer’s friends for money). He justified his blackmailing as a way of doing show business. He is also shown to be abusive to his henchman Murray. He was also quite abusive to Goldie, leaving her in the chorus when she came before Chanticleer and showed no sympathy for her even before he was revealed to work for the Grand Duke of Owls.
