"Sorry to call in so late in the evening, but we did have a previous engagement."
Dag reveals his keychain of chicken feet in front of the terrified hen.
"Now, we're gonna take six of you."
"Anyone makes a sound, we don't mind the extra company."
(Etta: You won't be taking any hens tonight!) "Grr!"
"And you're gonna a stop us?"
"Is that what's gonna happen?"
"Are you gonna stop us, hen?"
"How're you gonna do that? Huh? Huh?"
"How are ya, Ben? We'd have said hello had we seen ya."
(Ben: Put the hen down, Dag.) "Sure, Ben, whatever you say. We're just doin' a little courtin, that's all."
"You know how much we like the hens?" (chuckles)
"You know me: Ladykiller."
"You have us at a bit of a disadvantage here, Ben."
"...and only one old, fat
you.", Dag
facing Ben.
Dag signaling his pack to attack Ben.
Dag sneaks up behind Ben as he fights off the other coyotes.
Dag sneers at Otis as the cow stops him from chasing a rabbit.
"What, ya wanna be a hero, cow?"
"You're Ben's kid. Otis, right?"
"So, they left you in charge?" (chuckles)
"Oh, that's precious!" (laughs)
"You thought you could fill his shoes?"
"Were you out havin' fun?"
"Laughin' with your barnyard buddies?"
"Yeah, you coulda made a difference had you been there for him."
"But you weren't, were ya?"
"Okay, from here on out, here's how it's gonna work."
"We show up. You look the other way."
"A few animals missing here and there."
"Hey, it's the natural order of things."
"It'll be our little secret."
"If you should think about gettin' a sudden burst of courage..."
"...we slaughter every animal in sight."
"Make everyone feel real safe."
"And we'll be seeing you tomorrow night."
Dag leads his pack into the night.
"It's nice that you ladies could join us this evening."
"Thank you for being so patient."
"We prefer dining at night."
"You're a wonderful species."
"My favorite part is the skin."
(Maddy: You're a big meany!) "What?" (Maddy: You're a meaner!)
"Meaners gotta eat too!" (Etta: Leave her alone!)
"This one's mine. Cook her while I have the little one for an appetizer."
"Y'know because I'm a meaner."
Dag was about to devour Maddy, before Otis arriving to stop him.
(Otis: Put the chick down, Dag.)
"Oh, we suddenly got a burst of courage, didn't we?"
(Otis: I'm gonna gather up the hens, and I'm gonna leave.) "And exactly how do you propose you're gonna do that?"
Otis snatches Dag by the throat and now he prepares to save Maddy.
He tosses him into a old chair.
Dag's pack advances on Otis.
Dag sending his army to attack Otis while he watches.
Dag sneaks up behind Otis.
Dag bites Otis in the leg, just as he did to Ben.
"Well, look at the hero. You thought you could come into my den!"
"Now why don't you just lay there and watch while we eat your friends!"
(Otis: A strong man stands up for himself. A stronger man stands up for others.)
Dag turns and sees Pip, Miles, Freddy, Peck and Pig arrive to Otis' aid.
Dag's eyes widen in confusion as the noise gets louder and closer.
The Jersey Cows drive their vehicle right towards Dag.
He scrambles into an old bus.
Dag watches as Otis continues to fight the other coyotes.
Seeing his chance, Dag climbs up the top of the bus and slowly advances on Otis.
Dag sneaks up preparing to attack the unsuspecting Otis.
Dag's
sadistic grin, as he mortally makes his last attempt to kill Otis.
Otis hears Peck's loud crow and turns to see Dag.
...who catches him by the throat.
(Otis: Remember me? I'm Ben's kid.) Otis grabs Dag by the neck and taunts him.
Dag cringes as Otis raises his fist to punch him.
Otis furiously threatens Dag to never ever come back to the barn again. As Dag fearfully agrees, making Dag scared enough to believe Otis will kill him if he ever sees him again.
Dag's
defeat as he gets golfed out of the junkyard, sending him sailing far into the distance while howling in pain.
