Scott, better known as The Network Head, is the overarching antagonist of the Comedy Central adult animated sitcom Drawn Together, serving as the main antagonist in the 2010 direct-to-video The Drawn Together Movie: The Movie!. As his name suggests, he is the head the network television he aired on that show.
He was voiced by Vernon Wells, who has also portrayed Ransik in Power Rangers Time Force, Wez in Mad Max 2, Mr. Igoe in Innerspace, Bennett in Commando, and Jeremiah Stone in The Curse of The Forty Niner.

Scott lost his wife and his daughter, Sasha, who were killed in a car crash after her daughter saw the Drawn Together billboard, depicting Foxxy Love and Princess Clara making out and then accidentally drove into a lake of acid while her mother was distracted trying to block her vision. Scott the Network Head then vowed to cancel the show to avenge his family.
The Drawn Together Movie: The Movie![]
He designed a robot named I.S.R.A.E.L. (Intelligent Smart Robot Animation Eraser Lady) to erase the housemates from existence. The Network Head was defeated when I.S.R.A.E.L. turned on the Network Head by throwing him across a room and impaled him onto a spike.
Unbeknownst to the gang, The Network Head revealed that he had enough eraser bombs strapped to himself to destroy all of Make-A-Point Land, though they were all able to escape with the help of The Giant Who Shits Into His Own Mouth. However, he was able to get the Drawn Together cast erased nonetheless:
- Princess Clara's arms were cut off her body by The King's guards and then killed while creating a diversion to let Captain Hero, Xandir and Ling-Ling escape what she thought was her kingdom.
- Wooldoor Sockbat, who was the most desperate to get back on the air for his unstable mental state, opened the present which was revealed to be a trap which had an eraser bomb inside that erased him from existence.
- Foxxy Love, Captain Hero, Ling-Ling, Xandir P. Whifflebottom, Toot Braunstein, I.S.R.A.E.L., The Giant Who Shits Into His Own Mouth, Spanky Ham and the Jew Producer's Jew Son were erased when Spanky accidently stepped on a spare eraser bomb, permanently erasing all of them from existence.

- It's unknown how The Network Head knew that his wife and his daughter crashed into an acid lake full of crocodiles due to seeing the Drawn Together billboard, as he arrived later on after they had already fell in and could have possibly assumed that they crashed for some other reason, thus creating a plot hole.
- According to Dave Jeser and Matt Silverstein, the movie is non-canon and wasn’t intended to be the finale, making him and the other characters from the movie to be non-canon.
