Mr. Frank Martin

What part of "you're fired" don't you understand?
~ Mr. Frank Martin's famous catchphrase.

Mr. Frank Martin, also known as Mr. Martin, is the secondary antagonist of the 2003 remake Willard based on the 1969 short story "Ratman's Notebooks" by Stephen Gilbert. He is the cruel and uncaring CEO of Martin-Stiles Manufacturing. He constantly humiliates Willard for his late arrivals at work and even kills his pet rat Socrates. He is eventually eaten alive by Willard's rats including Ben.

He was portrayed by the late R. Lee Ermey, who also portrayed Charlie Hewitt Jr. in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre franchise, Sheriff Warren Pike in Life, Stone in On Deadly Ground, Walter Burlock in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and John House in House M.D.
