The first Kingmaker's name, history, and origin is unknown, all is known about him is that he's Bullseye's father.
2nd Kingmaker[]

The second Kingmaker was a member of the Hellfire Club. His real is unknown though it's been confimed that his first name is Wallace. He been known to committed to make deals with people all over the country, inviting them to fulfill any wishes. Thanks to his connections he could meet the wishes of the people. In exchange for that people helps Kingmaker to meet the wishes of other clients.
