Doctor Cyclops is a DC supervillain of Dial H for Hero.
History[]
Doctor Cyclopes is a recurring villain of the original holder of the Hero Dial Robby Reed. He gets his name from his single eyes which gives him the appearance of a Cyclops. In addition to his genius level intellect his single eye has many powers. He used his smarts and powers to commit various crimes in the city of Littleville. Each time he was able to evade Robby however he was later caught by Robby after he was attack off guard in his hidden cavern. He was later taken by Intergang to Oolong island to join the Science Squad which he became a member of.

He gets his multiple powers from his eye.
