Tarmack is a minor villain in the TV show; Static Shock. He's a giant Bang Baby made out of tar. It was hired by Trapper and Specs to steal an experimental fusion engine from Alva Industries.

Tarmack is a powerful Bang Baby. He processes superhuman strength, durability and endurance. He also has some ability to shapeshift as he can alter his body to slip through bars with ease. He can also increase the heat temperature of his body to burn those that touch him.
