The Octopus (actually Charlton) is the titular main antagonist of the M.I High episode, "The Octopus". He is a fanatic who believes he's fighting for a greater cause, while trying to wipe out all humanity so all marine life will be safe.
He was portrayed by Bruce Mackinnon.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Not much is known about The Octopus's life. But it's known that his real name is Charlton and that Frank London is his cousin. They grew up together and hung out very often. Charlton and Frank even planned to save the ocean life together. Though Charlton thought that Frank's friendly methods would never do any difference. So when Charlton got older he faked his own death to his own family and decided to take drastic actions to save the oceans.
