Fishmongers

The Fishmongers are a duo of the main villain from the Australian Live action/Cartoon movie Dot & the Whale (the other villains include a trio of sharks who tried to eat Dot, and a small flock of penguin egg eating gulls).

Their mission is to bring Tonga the beached whale back to their fish market, kill her, and sell her flesh to make money. But they always go on the wrong path that also makes them comic reliefs of the movie.
