Ursula's first appearance, hiding in the shadows.

"Humph! Celebration indeed. Oh, bah!"

"In my day, we had fantastical feasts when I lived in the palace."

"And now, look at me!"-Ursula stepping out of the shadows, revealing herself.

"Wasted away to practically nothing. Banished and exiled and practically starving!"

"While he and his flimsy fish folk celebrate!"

Ursula vowing to get revenge on King Triton of Atlantica for banishing her.

Ursula ordering her pet eels, Floatsam and Jetsom to spy on Triton's youngest daughter, Ariel.

"She maybe the key to Triton's undoing."-Ursula's evil grin.

Ursula's sinister eyes.

Ursula after finding out that Ariel is in love with a human prince.

"The child is in love with a human!"

"But not just any human, a prince!"

"King Triton's headstrong, lovesick girl would make a charming addition to my little garden."

Ursula admiring her "garden".

"Come in. Come in, my child. We mustn't lurk in doorways. It's rude."

"One might question your upbringing (chuckles)."

Ursula sitting at her vanity as she speaks to Ariel after the mermaid arrives at her lair.

"Now, then, you're here because you have a thing for this human. This prince fellow."

"Not that I blame you. He is quite a catch, isn't he? (chuckles)"

Ursula, after putting her lipstick.

"The only way to get what you want is to become a human yourself."

Ursula smirking when Ariel catches interest in her proposal.

"My dear sweet child."

"That's what I do."

"It's what I live for. To help unfortunate merfolk, like yourself. Poor souls with no one else to turn to."

"I admit that in the past I've been a nasty."

"They weren't kidding when they called me, well, a witch."

"But you'll find that nowadays I've mended all my ways. Repented, seen the light, and made a switch."

"True? Yes."

"And I fortunately know a little magic. It's a talent I've always have possessed."

"And dear lady, please don't laugh..."

"I use it on behalf of the miserable, lonely, and depressed."

(whispers) "Pathetic."

"Poor unfortunate souls."

"In pain, in need."

"This one longing to be thinner. That one wants to get the girl. And do I help them?"

"Yes, indeed."

"They come flocking to my cauldron, crying 'Spells, Ursula, please!' And do I help them? Yes, I do."

"Now it's happened once or twice. Someone couldn't pay the price and I'm afraid I had to rake 'em 'cross the coals."

"Yes I've had the odd complaint."

"But on the whole, I've been a saint..."

"To those poor unfortunate souls!"

"Now, here's the deal."

Ursula promising Ariel that she'll brew her a potion that will turn her into a human for three days.

Ursula telling Ariel during her three-day time span, she needs to get Eric to fall in love with her.

"That is, he's got to kiss you. Not just any kiss. The kiss of true love."

Ursula telling Ariel if she kisses Eric before the third day's sunset, she'll be a human permanently.

"You belong to me!"-Ursula telling Ariel what will happen if she doesn't kiss Eric by the end of the third day.

"Have we got a deal?"-Ursula manipulating Ariel.

(Ariel: "If I become human, I'll never be with my father or sisters again.") "That's right, but you'll have your man."

"Life's full of tough choices, ain't it?" (snickers)

"Oh! And there is one more thing."

Ursula telling Ariel she needs to pay her in order to do the bargain.

"I'm not asking much. Just a token really. A trifle."

"What I want from you is...your voice."

(Ariel: "My voice?") "You've got it, sweet cakes. No more talking, singing. Zip!"

"You'll have your looks! Your pretty face!"

"And don't underestimate the importance of body language! Ha!"

"The men up there don't like a lot of blabber They think a girl who gossips is a bore!"

"Yes, on land it's much preferred for ladies not to say a word. And after all, dear, what is idle prattle for?"

"Come on, they're not all that impressed with conversation."

"It's she who holds her tongue who gets a man!"

"Come on, you poor unfortunate soul."

"Go ahead! Make your choice!"

"I'm a very busy woman and I haven't got all day."

"It won't cost much, just your voice!"

"You poor unfortunate soul. It's sad but true."

Ursula shows the contract to Ariel.

"Flotsam, Jetsam, now I've got her, boys!"

"The boss is on a roll!"

"This poor..."

"Unfortunate....soul!!!"

Ursula's evil smile as she now has Ariel in her trap.

"Beluga sevruga, come winds of the Caspian Sea!"

"Larynxes, glossitis, ad max Laryngitis, la voce to me!"

Ursula conjuring her spell.

"Now, sing!"

"Keep singing!"

Ursula taking Ariel's voice.

Ursula's evil grinas she seals Ariel's voice in her necklace.

Ursula laughing insanely as she turns Ariel into a human.

Ursula still laughing while she deliberately allows Sebastian and Flounder to swim the human Ariel up to the surface.

Ursula, after noticing that Ariel is dangerously close (from her point-of-view) to kiss Eric, decides to take the matters into her own tentacles.

"The little tramp! Ugh, she's better than I thought."

"At this rate, he'll be kissing her by sunset for sure!"

Ursula grabbing a handful of potion ingredients, including a trapped butterfly.

"It's time Ursula took matters into her own tentacles!"

"Triton's daughter will be mine!"

"And then I'll make him writhe!"

"I'll see him wriggle like a worm on a hook!"
